4. Contributing Sponsor – $1,500

Exhibitor Opportunities
For organizations that may not be pursuing a traditional sponsorship package, there are additional opportunities to gain strong visibility, and make meaningful connections during the festival:
- Single or Multi-Day Exhibitor Option: Table setup for one or more days of the festival. Friday and Saturday: $50/day; Sunday morning: Free.
- Multi-Day Exhibitor Option: Stay for two days to maximize attendee interaction and exposure.
- Custom Packages: Packages tailored to specific marketing goals and engagement preferences.
- Product Demos & Giveaways: Opportunities to demonstrate products during festival sessions or contribute items for prize drawings and promotional features.
- Virtual Engagement: For sponsors unable to attend in person, virtual promotion through digital materials, online content, and festival media is available.
